When their daughters find some scissors and take to their hair with them.
She wasn't very proud of herself. Not sure what to do really. Will try and make some head bands and wait for it to grow back I guess.

Oh dear... not sure what to suggest. Hopefully she regrets it enough not to do it again.
Charlotte did that just after I had Lucy so she was almost 4. Cut all her dolls haid first then cut her own. It will grow back.
I remember my sister doing the same thing, she made some "pretty" holes in the outfit she was wearing too! At least children's hair grows quickly.
