One of the blouses I made has pleats on the sleeves and also the back and front. Coincidence really, I was thinking of making something else for the pleats challenge.
Pleats down... now bring on smocking!!!

Ooops - a bit late! Though I did finish the shirt on 31st July! Minus buttons and buttonholes. ;) Bring on the smocking (or do I pick embroidery?)
