I struggled to write that title, I am in total denial that we are up to JULY already!
Anyway, this month is something with pleats.
It might seem like we are leaving out those who don't have kids, or who have boys, so feel free to make something for yourself!
As far as kiddies go, there is a good pattern in Summer Ottobre 2009 that has pleats, as well as a few Oliver & S patterns have pleats. Myself- I will be making my girls a little denim skirt! Its here, on ETSY. I have only had the pattern for.. umm... probably over a year! So best I use it!
So as per usual- sign up below. And we look forward to seeing your pleats!

I sign up with some hesitation... haven't sewed pleats before (not intentionally anyway!!!) - will this finally be my undoing???
... hey what the heck - I'm IN!
theres also a nice pleated style grown up skirt for free on burda style... :) I might be in... eek!
Finally I can sign up to one of your challenges Carolyn!! Hooray!! My first time making pleats!
I love the look of that little denim skirt. I also love the fact that you've had the pattern for so long, makes me feel a bit normal. Looking forward to seeing the end result one day.
I'm in... and done! I used ruffles/pleats on this nappy pouch: http://thedovenest.wordpress.com/2010/07/06/nappy-pouch/
